1. Acceptance

By using Sidien (self-hosted or cloud), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Service Description

Sidien is a reverse proxy and CDN tool. The self-hosted version runs on your server. Sidien Cloud is a hosted version operated by us.

3. Payments & Refunds

All payments are made in Bitcoin via NowPayments. No refunds on any plan. If you're unsure, request a free demo before purchasing.

4. Cloud Service

Sidien Cloud is in beta. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service. We'll give reasonable notice before major changes.

Cloud sites are subject to our acceptable use policy. We may suspend sites that violate this policy without notice.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Sidien to proxy illegal content, spam, phishing sites, malware distribution, or any content that violates applicable laws.

6. Limitation of Liability

Sidien is provided "as is". We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including but not limited to data loss, downtime, or security incidents.

7. Self-Hosted Licenses

License keys are non-transferable. Domain licenses are tied to the licensed domain. Lifetime licenses are tied to the licensed server IP. Re-issue requests are honored up to 5 times per license.
